AI invoice & email processing into a live dashboard
A reference build: an AI pipeline reads incoming invoices and emails, extracts the key fields, and updates a Power BI dashboard automatically.
Challenge
Many small teams still copy invoice and order details from email into spreadsheets by hand, which is slow and error-prone.
Solution
We built a demo workflow that captures attachments, extracts fields with an LLM, validates them against simple rules, stores them in Azure SQL, and refreshes a dashboard.
Outcome
A working template we adapt to each client's documents, tools, and approval steps.
